  • Osprey Wilds will not discuss or attempt to discuss any data that is subject to the privacy and confidentiality provisions of federal and state statutes, rules and regulations, including, but not limited to FERPA and the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act (MGDPA), Minnesota Statutes sections 13.01 et seq.

  • The School may at any time submit the plan to Osprey Wilds for review and comment prior to adoption and implementation.

  • As part of its response, the School Board may request that an informal hearing be scheduled with Osprey Wilds.

  • No solicitation shall indicate that a contribution to the School is for the benefit of Osprey Wilds.

  • The School Board's failure to provide to Osprey Wilds a written request for an informal hearing within the fifteen (15) business day period shall be treated as acquiescence to Osprey Wilds' proposed action.

  • Freshwater means all waters not defined as saltwater

  • Alliance means the Public Service Alliance of Canada;

  • Brewpub means a commercial establishment authorized to sell beer at retail for consumption on or off the premises that is operated by a person who holds a class “C” liquor control license or a class “B” beer permit and who also holds a special class “A” beer permit that authorizes the holder to manufacture and sell beer pursuant to this chapter.

  • POPI means the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013;

  • Harbour Master means the ABP Harbour Master or Dock Master for the Port (as appropriate) or their authorised representative;

  • Seaplane means an aeroplane capable normally of taking off from and alighting solely on water;

  • Salmon means fish of the species Salmo salar (Atlantic salmon);

  • Production company means a person or entity engaged in the business of making motion picture, television, or radio images for theatrical, commercial, advertising, or education purposes; Reserved
