OTC Real Property Assets definition
OTC Real Property Assets means the Real Property Assets subject to the OTC Mortgage as escrowed pursuant to the Escrow Agreement or if applicable, as such document has been amended, restated, renewed, replaced, restructured, supplemented or otherwise modified in accordance with the terms of this Credit Agreement.
