OTC Trade Event Report definition
OTC Trade Event Report means a report produced by Eurex Clearing AG that specifies the Original OTC Transactions (by reference to the trade record transmitted by the relevant Approved Trade Source System) as well as the respective CCP Transactions.
OTC Trade Event Report means a report produced by Eurex Clearing AG on the basis of the trade records transmitted via the relevant Approved Trade Information Warehouse which specifies the Original OTC Transactions to be novated into OTC Credit Derivative Transactions (as defined in Part 2 of this Chapter VIII) as well as the respective CCP Transactions.
