Examples of Other Additional Rent in a sentence
Tenant shall also pay all Other Additional Rent with respect to the Leased Property, as set forth in the Master Agreement.
Tenant shall reimburse Landlord on demand, as Other Additional Rent, for any expenditures thus incurred by Landlord and shall pay interest thereon at the New York Prime Rate (as herein defined).
Tenant shall pay as Other Additional Rent the full cost of maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
Subject to the adjustments set forth herein, Tenant shall pay, as Other Additional Rent, all Impositions (as hereinafter defined) that may be levied or become a lien on the Leased Property or any part thereof at any time (whether prior to or during the Term), without regard to prior ownership of said Leased Property, before the same becomes delinquent.
If any other Additional Rent (except for such payments as Lessee is contesting in good faith or pursuant to a Tax Challenge or a Permitted Lessee Contest) is not paid within ten (10) Business Days following written demand from Lessor to Lessee (the “Due Date for Other Additional Rent”), Lessee shall pay to Lessor, on demand, as Additional Rent, interest on such installment from the applicable Due Date for Other Additional Rent to the date such other Additional Rent is paid at the Default Interest Rate.
Any sums expended by Lessor in procuring such insurance shall be Additional Rent and shall be repaid by Lessee upon written demand therefor by Lessor, together with interest thereon from the applicable Due Date for Other Additional Rent at the Default Interest Rate.
In addition to Base Rent and Additional Rent, Tenant shall pay all other amounts, liabilities, obligations and Impositions (as hereinafter defined ) which Tenant assumes or agrees to pay under this Agreement or any Lease and any fine, penalty, interest, charge and cost which may be added for nonpayment or late payment of such items (collectively the "Other Additional Rent").
All such costs, charges and fees as incurred shall be deemed to be Other Additional Rent under this Agreement.
Tenant shall contract for, in its own name, and will pay, as Other Additional Rent all taxes, assessments, charges/deposits, and bills for utilities, including without limitation charges for water, gas, oil, sanitary and storm sewer, electricity, telephone service, trash collection, and all other utilities which may be charged against the occupant of the Improvements during the Term.
If the amount due by Landlord to Tenant or Tenant to Landlord, as the case may be, under the foregoing sentence is not paid within such twenty (20) Business Day period, such amount shall thereafter bear interest from the Due Date for Other Additional Rent (with respect to payments by Tenant) or ten (10) Business Days following written demand from Tenant to Landlord (with respect to payments by Landlord) at a rate equal to the Default Interest Rate.
