Other Amenities means and include the Chargeable Facilities, unallotted covered parkings, roof top and terraces of the Project building except those which are specifically attached to specific units, basement storage, back of house areas, any additional construction from GRIHA FAR, etc. None of the afore-said amenities and facilities comprised in the Project shall form a part of the Common Areas and Facilities, and subject to the applicable provisions of the Rental Pool Agreement, the Promoter shall be free to deal with them in any manner it deems fit at its sole discretion;

Other Amenities means and include all area/ spaces/ services/ facilities/ amenities/ equipments/ machineries provided AND/OR reserved for the common use and the enjoyment of the occupants of apartment like roads/streets, pavements/footpaths, gardens, plantations, water tanks/ storage place, power supply system inclusive of electrical transformer, Diesel Generating Set, GSS & panels and street lights, guard room, generator room, boundary walls with fencing, sewer lines, S.T.P. Rain water harvesting system, drainage & sewerage lines, water pipes & other plumbing installation etc. However, it is clarified that other open and un-allotted area in the apartment and external wall do not form part of Other Amenities.

Other Amenities. The rental of the Shelter is for the Shelter and picnic tables under the roof only. This does not include reserving any other amenity such as the restrooms, playground, basketball courts, sand volleyball court, dog park, etc.

  • Amenities are those areas specifically set forth in the Rules and Regulations for the Community.
