Other Associations. Borrower is not engaged and has no interest in any joint venture or partnership with any other Person except as described on Exhibit "5.13" hereto and made a part hereof.
Other Associations. None of the Borrowers is engaged in any joint venture or partnership with any other Person or is a party to any franchise agreement or other arrangement except as listed on Exhibit "5.15" attached hereto and made part hereof.
Other Associations. No BORROWER is engaged in nor has an interest in any joint venture or partnership with any other Person or has any subsidiaries or Affiliates, except as described on SCHEDULE 2 hereto.

More Definitions of Other Associations

Other Associations. Except as shown on Schedule "5.15" hereto, no Borrower is engaged in any joint venture or partnership with any other Person.

Other Associations. Borrower is not engaged and has no interest in any joint venture or partnership with any other Person except as described on Exhibit "5.13" hereto and made a part hereof. (a) of the presence of any Hazardous Substances on any of the real property where Borrower conducts operations or has its personal property, or (b) of any on-site spills, releases, discharges, disposal or storage of Hazardous Substances that have occurred or are presently occurring on any of such real property or where any Collateral is located, or (c) of any spills, releases, discharges or disposal of Hazardous Substances that have occurred, are presently occurring on any other real property as a result of the conduct, action or activities of Borrower.

Related to Other Associations

  • Master association means an organization that is authorized to exercise some or all of the powers of one or more associations on behalf of one or more common interest communities or for the benefit of the unit owners of one or more common interest communities.

  • Limited cooperative association means, with respect to a Wisconsin cooperative, a cooperative organized under ch. 193.

  • Empowerment Neighborhoods means neighborhoods designated by the Urban Coordinating Council “in consultation and conjunction with” the New Jersey Redevelopment Authority pursuant to N.J.S.A 55:19-69.

  • Limited lines insurance means any of the following:

  • Urban Coordinating Council Empowerment Neighborhood means a neighborhood given priority access to State resources through the New Jersey Redevelopment Authority.

  • Association means the Public Service Association and Professional Officers’ Association Amalgamated Union of New South Wales.
