During each full Fiscal Year during the Term, commencing upon the first (1st) full Fiscal Year during the Term, measured as of the last day of each such Fiscal Year, on a collective basis for CEOC and its subsidiaries, Tenant and Other Tenants shall expend Capital Expenditures and Other Capital Expenditures in an aggregate amount equal to no less than the Annual Minimum Cap Ex Amount (the “Annual Minimum Cap Ex Requirement”).
