  • The Service Provider shall implement the CCAC’s transition plan, for the transition of the care of Clients from Other CCAC Providers at the beginning of the Agreement Term.

The trust shall have a written agreement with the licensed viatical settlement provider under which the licensed viatical settlement provider is responsible for ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements and under which the trust agrees to make all records and files related to viatical settlement transactions available to the commissioner as if those records and files were maintained directly by the licensed viatical settlement provider.

  • Third Party Service Providers means any third party wherever situated selected by us or any member of the BEA Group to provide services to it.
