Other Charter definition

Other Charter means any bareboat charter, bareboat subcharter, voyage, space or time charter entered into with respect to any Vessel, other than the Demise Charters.
Other Charter or "Other Charter Party" shall mean any of the ------------- ------------------- Bareboat Charter Parties dated as of the Closing Date between either (i) the Other Owner and the Charterer or (ii) the Other Owner and the Other Charterer, as charterer, providing for the bareboat charter of one of the Other Vessels.
Other Charter means any charter or other contract of employment relating to the Vessel (but, for the avoidance of doubt, excluding the Bareboat Charter) which is for a period in excess of twelve (12) months and entered into between the Borrower and any other charterer (reasonably acceptable to the Lenders) on arm’s length terms and which is in replacement of the Bareboat Charter in the event that the Bareboat Charter is terminated.

Examples of Other Charter in a sentence

  • In the event that any Other Charter is a bareboat charter or bareboat subcharter, Charterer shall not enter into any such Other Charter during the Term without the prior written consent of Shipowner.

More Definitions of Other Charter

Other Charter means, in respect of each Other Vessel, the bareboat charter dated 31 March 2018 (in each case, as supplemented by a supplemental letter dated 15 January 2020 and as amended and restated by the Supplemental Agreement) made between the corresponding Other Owner and Other Charterer as set out in Schedule 3 (The Parties and the Vessels), collectively, the “Other Charters”.
Other Charter means the Sea-Land Enterprise Bareboat Charter Party dated as of December 1, 1988.

Related to Other Charter

  • Charter means the Corporation’s certificate or articles of incorporation, articles of association, or similar organizational document.

  • Restated Charter means the Company’s Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation, as amended and/or restated from time to time.

  • CFA Charter means the charter earned through the Chartered Financial Analyst program prepared and administered by the CFA Institute and so named on the day this Instrument comes into force, and every program that preceded that program, or succeeded that program, that does not have a significantly reduced scope and content when compared to the scope and content of the first-mentioned program;

  • Articles of Association means the articles of association of the Company, as amended from time to time.

  • Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation means the Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation of the Company, as in effect as of the Effective Date.

  • Memorandum and Articles means the amended and restated memorandum and articles of association of the Company currently in effect, as may be amended or restated from time to time.
