Other Commodity Agreement definition

Other Commodity Agreement means an agreement (other than this Transaction) between the Parties to purchase, sell or exchange commodities, including any spot or forward contract, future, option, swap, swap option, cap, floor or collar or other derivative transaction on or with respect to a commodity or any combination of these transactions.
Other Commodity Agreement means any agreement between the Parties on or with respect to a commodity other than a Transaction, including a spot or forward contract, option, swap, swap option, cap, floor or collar.

  • Each Other Commodity Agreement and any credit support document related thereto are hereby amended as set forth in this Section 19.6.

  • If a specific Other Commodity Agreement or Specified Agreement does not provide a method for determining what is owed upon early termination, then the amount due upon early termination shall be determined pursuant to Section 14.3 as if such Other Commodity Agreement or Specified Agreement were a Transaction.

  • In determining the Other Termination Payment, the Performing Party may foreclose upon and apply any collateral provided by or on behalf of the Defaulting Party under any Transaction or any Other Commodity Agreement.

  • The Performing Party may enforce any of its remedies under this Agreement, any Other Commodity Agreement or any Specified Agreement.

  • If a particular Other Commodity Agreement does not provide a method for determining what is owed upon early termination, then the amount due upon early termination shall be determined in the manner set forth in the third paragraph of this “Termination and Liquidation” section.
