Other Company definition

Other Company means, with respect to a Tax Return, the Company which is not the Responsible Company with respect to that Tax Return.
Other Company means the Performance Guarantor and all of its Subsidiaries except the Borrower.
Other Company has the meaning set forth in Section 9.02(a).
