Other Customers definition

Other Customers. As defined in Section 10.4.

Other Customers means, from time to time, Persons (other than Customer) purchasing LNG terminalling services from SABINE similar to the Services, regardless of the short-term or long-term duration of such terminal use agreement.

Other Customers are identified as all other customers managed by the Distributor.
