Other Customers definition

Other Customers. As defined in Section 10.4.
Other Customers means any residential home builder or real estate development company in the United States, excluding Lennar and any Lennar Related Ventures, that can utilize the ▇▇▇▇’R or similar arrangements with Millrose (through any Other Subsidiaries).
Other Customers means, from time to time, Persons (other than Customer) purchasing LNG terminalling services from SABINE similar to the Services, regardless of the short-term or long-term duration of such terminal use agreement.
