Other Delivery Point definition

Other Delivery Point means a delivery point other than the Gathering System.
Other Delivery Point means Delivery Point A when the matter relates to the PSV Delivery Point and PSV Delivery Point when the matter relates to the Delivery Point A.
Other Delivery Point means a delivery point other than on the Gathering System for the delivery of natural gas produced by a Resource Entities' Well.

  • The Weekly CQ Notice, the Daily CQ Notice and any notice regarding operative problems affecting the CQ-PSV or the CQ-DPA nomination or Scheduling (including any re-nomination pursuant to Article 5 (Force Majeure and consequences at the Other Delivery Point)) are deemed received and effective upon the time of receipt.

  • The CQ-DPA is constant during all DPA Time Units of the Total Supply Period at DPA, unless modified in accordance with Article 5 (Force Majeure and consequences at the Other Delivery Point).

  • The Energy Price does not include reimbursement for, and Buyer is liable for and shall pay, cause to be paid, or reimburse Seller if Seller has paid, all Taxes applicable to a Transaction arising at and from the Delivery Point (or the Other Delivery Point as the case may be), including any Taxes imposed or collected by a taxing authority with jurisdiction over Buyer.

  • The Energy Price shall include full reimbursement for, and Seller is liable for and shall pay, or cause to be paid, or reimburse Buyer if Buyer has paid, all Taxes applicable to a Transaction arising prior to the Delivery Point (or the Other Delivery Point as the case may be).

  • NSP shall be responsible for any transmission charges and losses associated with transmitting Energy at and from the Delivery Point, the Other Delivery Point, or at an available TVA interface (following arrangements made between the Parties pursuant to Section 2 hereof), as the case may be, and to the Delivery Point when and to the extent that NSP has elected to take assignment of all or any portion of the 12 month transmission procured by EPMI as provided under Section 5 hereof.

Other Delivery Point means an interstate or intrastate pipeline, a local natural gas distribution company or an end user.

Related to Other Delivery Point

  • Delivery Point ; shall mean the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Delivery Point(s) means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Service delivery area means the defined geographic area for delivery of program services.

  • Receipt Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Crude Oil is received into the Gathering System, as such points are specified in Section II of this tariff.
