Other Disease means any Talc Personal Injury Claim that is not for Ovarian Cancer A-D or Mesothelioma.

  • As respects losses arising from Occupational Disease or Other Disease or Cumulative Trauma of the same specific kind or class, suffered by multiple employees of the same employer, and not covered under subparagraphs (1) or (2) above, all such losses sustained by the Company within a Policy year shall be aggregated and considered as constituting one “Loss Occurrence” hereunder and the inception date of the Policy year in which losses occur shall be deemed to be the date of the Loss Occurrence.
