  • The Recipient shall, not later than December 31, 1992, enter into arrangements with the Other Donors for the employment and financing from resources other than those of BTF of expatriate consultants required for the purposes of the surveys and inventories to be carried out under Part B of the Program.

  • Other Documents means the Note, the Questionnaire, any Guaranty, any Guarantor Security Agreement, any Lender-Provided Interest Rate Hedge, any Letter of Credit Document and any and all other agreements, instruments and documents, including guaranties, pledges, powers of attorney, consents, interest or currency swap agreements or other similar agreements and all other writings heretofore, now or hereafter executed by any Borrower or any Guarantor and/or delivered to Agent or any Lender in respect of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

  • Other Information has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.11(b).

  • Correspondence means any written and/or electronic communication exchanged between two or more parties;

  • Reports means the reports described in Schedule B as well as any other reports or information required to be provided under the Enabling Legislation or this Agreement;

  • Certifications shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.4(a).
