Other Events definition

Other Events means the Force Majeure Events set out in Article 14.4.

More Definitions of Other Events

Other Events means all Stadium Events occurring inside the “bowl” of the Stadium, excluding (a) Team Games, (b) Premier Events, (c) Stadium Events for which StadCo elects not to open suites in the area of or adjacent to the Authority Suite generally, and (d) StadCo Expense Events.

Other Events is added as follows: "'Other Events' shall mean events held at the New Stadium other than Home Games, including, without limitation, (i) events sponsored or conducted by the City or the Commonwealth and (ii) Private Events."

Other Events shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the Stock Purchase Agreement.
