Events definition

Events means an action or occurrence, at any given location within the Authorized System that causes a Collection System Overflow. An Event ends when there is no recurrence of a CSO or SSO in the collection system at the same location in the 12-hour period following the last Collection System Overflow.

Examples of Events in a sentence

  • No ERISA Event has occurred or is reasonably expected to occur that, when taken together with all other such ERISA Events for which liability is reasonably expected to occur, could reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect.

  • The Company acknowledges the existence of certain defaults and Events of Default under the Purchase Agreement and the Transaction Documents.

Events means events as set out in clause 5.4.1(f)(I);

Events is also accessible through Service Provider’s proprietary application software for the iPad, the iPhone and other mobile platforms.
