Events definition

Events means an action or occurrence, at any given location within the Authorized System that causes a Collection System Overflow. An Event ends when there is no recurrence of a CSO or SSO in the collection system at the same location in the 12-hour period following the last Collection System Overflow.

Examples of Events in a sentence

• As a general principle, the Events will be held in Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine (when security conditions allow) to maximize their reach with the target audience and impact.

• The Events may be held in the following locations: - On the territory of the observing participants.

• The Club shall have the sole and exclusive right to lease or license any or all of the Suites to third parties for all Events and to retain all revenues therefrom as the Club shall determine in return for the users’ payment of licensing or use fees, upon such written terms and conditions as are determined by the Club (provided that any such license or use agreement shall not extend past the expiration of the Term).

• The Club will pay the cost of implementing that plan for League Events, Home Games and Club Events on terms comparable to those of other major league sports facilities in the Minneapolis/Saint Paul metropolitan area.

More Definitions of Events

Events means events as set out in clause 5.4.1(f)(I);
