Other Expense Factor definition

Other Expense Factor means for any calendar year 1.00 minus (one-half of the Operating Expenses for such calendar year divided by Gross Earned Premium for all Underwriting Years during such calendar year).

  • Capitalization Reimbursement Amount As to any Distribution Date, the amount of Advances or Servicing Advances that were added to the Stated Principal Balance of the related Mortgage Loans during the prior calendar month and reimbursed to the Master Servicer or Subservicer on or prior to such Distribution Date pursuant to Section 3.10(a)(vii), plus the Capitalization Reimbursement Shortfall Amount remaining unreimbursed from any prior Distribution Date and reimbursed to the Master Servicer or Subservicer on or prior to such Distribution Date.

  • Expense Fee Rate As to each Mortgage Loan, the sum of (a) the related Servicing Fee Rate and (b) the Trustee Fee Rate.

  • Expense Fees As to each Mortgage Loan, the sum of the Servicing Fee and the Trustee Fee.

  • Class Expenses means expenses incurred by a particular Class in connection with a shareholder services arrangement or a distribution plan that is specific to such Class or any other differing share of expenses or differing fees, in each case pursuant to a plan adopted by the Trust pursuant to Rule 18f-3 under the 1940 Act, as such plan or Rule may be amended from time to time;

  • Expense Fee As to each Mortgage Loan and any Distribution Date, the product of the Expense Fee Rate and its Stated Principal Balance as of that Distribution Date.

  • Monthly Shared-Loss Amount means the change in the Cumulative Shared- Loss Amount from the beginning of each month to the end of each month.

  • Expense Ratio is defined as a Fund's annual investment management fees and expenses (excluding taxes, interest, all brokerage commissions, other normal charges incident to the purchase and sale of portfolio securities, and extraordinary expenses) as a percentage of such Fund's daily net asset value.

  • Interest Expenses means, with respect to any Person for any period, the sum, determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP, of all interest accruing on the Indebtedness of such Person during such period (including interest attributable to Capital Leases).

  • Monthly Loss Amount means the sum of all Foreclosure Losses, Restructuring Losses, Short Sale Losses, Portfolio Losses, Modification Default Losses and Deficient Losses realized by the Assuming Institution for any Shared Loss Month.

  • Expense Rate As to each Mortgage Loan, the sum of the Master Servicing Fee Rate and the Trustee Fee Rate.

  • Extra Expense means expense or cost incurred (1) to continue the conduct of the Assured’s business,

  • Capitalization Reimbursement Shortfall Amount With respect to any Distribution Date and, with respect to any Mortgage Pool comprised of two or more Loan Groups, each Loan Group, the amount, if any, by which the amount of Advances or Servicing Advances that were added to the Stated Principal Balance of all Mortgage Loans (or, if the Mortgage Pool is comprised of two or more Loan Groups, on the Mortgage Loans in the related Loan Group) during the preceding calendar month exceeds the amount of principal payments on the Mortgage Loans included in the Available Distribution Amount (or, if the Mortgage Pool is comprised of two or more Loan Groups, Available Distribution Amount for the related Loan Group) for that Distribution Date.

  • Net Loss Amount means the sum of Cumulative Loss Amounts under this Single Family Shared-Loss Agreement and Aggregate Net Charge-Offs under the Commercial Shared-Loss Agreement.

  • Restructuring Expenses means losses, expenses and charges incurred in connection with restructuring by U.S. Borrower and/or one or more of its Subsidiaries, including in connection with integration of acquired businesses or persons, disposition of one or more Subsidiaries or businesses, exiting of one or more lines of businesses and relocation or consolidation of facilities, including severance, lease termination and other non-ordinary-course, non-operating costs and expenses in connection therewith.

  • Cumulative Retained Excess Cash Flow Amount means, at any date, an amount, not less than zero in the aggregate, determined on a cumulative basis equal to the aggregate cumulative sum of the Retained Percentage of Excess Cash Flow for all Excess Cash Flow Periods ending after the Closing Date and prior to such date.

  • Depreciation and Amortization means the depreciation and amortization accruing during any period of determination with respect to a Person, as determined in accordance with GAAP.

  • Operating Advisor Fee Rate With respect to each Interest Accrual Period, a rate equal to 0.00125% per annum.

  • Cumulative Net Loss Ratio means, as of any Payment Date, the ratio (expressed as a percentage) of (i) the aggregate Principal Balance of Receivables that became Defaulted Receivables plus all the Cram Down Losses (without duplication) which occurred during the period from the Cut-Off Date through the end of the related Collection Period reduced by the amount of Liquidation Proceeds with respect to Defaulted Receivables received during such period which are applied to principal of the Defaulted Receivables to (ii) the Pool Balance as of the Cut-Off Date.

  • Consolidated Depreciation and Amortization Expense means, with respect to any Person for any period, the total amount of depreciation and amortization expense, including the amortization of deferred financing fees or costs, capitalized expenditures, customer acquisition costs and incentive payments, conversion costs and contract acquisition costs, the amortization of original issue discount resulting from the issuance of Indebtedness at less than par and amortization of favorable or unfavorable lease assets or liabilities, of such Person and its Restricted Subsidiaries for such period on a consolidated basis and otherwise determined in accordance with GAAP.

  • Base Tax Year means the property tax levy year used

  • Total Fund Operating Expenses with respect to a Fund is defined to include all expenses necessary or appropriate for the operation of the Fund including the Adviser’s investment advisory or management fee under the Advisory Agreement and other expenses described in the Advisory Agreement that the Fund is responsible for and have not been assumed by the Adviser, but excludes front-end or contingent deferred loads, taxes, leverage expenses, interest, brokerage commissions, expenses incurred in connection with any merger or reorganization, unusual or infrequently occurring expenses (such as litigation), acquired fund fees and expenses, and dividend expenses, if any.

  • Base Taxes means the Taxes payable for the Base Tax Year.

  • Reconciliation Amount has the meaning given to it in paragraph 9.9 of Schedule 9.1 (Financial and Other Consequences of Change);

  • Annual Percentage Rate or “APR” of a Receivable means the annual percentage rate of finance charges or service charges, as stated in the related Contract.
