Other failure definition

Other failure in s. 5(1)(a)(ii) means a type of economic or other business-related failure that renders the dealer unable to perform its obligations under the contract or at law.
Other failure in s. 5(1)(b) means
Other failure means a failure that affects Recording but not train performance (such as failure of a Recording device); and
