Other Financial Information means the statements of accounts, budgets, income statements, balance sheets, and similar financial information of Hold- ings, the Company and the Company Subsidiaries including, without limitation, an estimated statement of profitability (excluding extraordinary items) for the twelve-month period ending December 31, 1996, with respect to the Glass Business which have been provided to the Purchaser.
