Other Financing Costs definition

Other Financing Costs means all amounts owed by the Issuer to the Indenture Trustee (including indemnities, legal fees and expenses), the Servicing Fee, the Administration Fee and all other ordinary and periodic Operating Expenses, the payment of each of which is subject to the Cap described in Section 8.02(e) of the Indenture, but shall not include principal and interest on the Phase-In-Recovery Bonds nor the Permitted Return.
Other Financing Costs means, for any period, without duplication and on a consolidated basis, the aggregate amount of financing charges, fees, commissions and other expenses (other than interest and principal payments) paid in cash on account of such period with respect to Debt.

Examples of Other Financing Costs in a sentence

  • The costs of the Annual Accountant’s Report shall be reimbursable under the Indenture as Other Financing Costs, subject to the Cap described in Section 8.02(e) of the Indenture.

  • The costs of such Opinions of Counsel shall be reimbursable under the Indenture as Other Financing Costs, subject to the Cap described in Section 8.02(e) of the Indenture.

  • OPCo shall be entitled to be reimbursed pursuant to Section 8.02(e) of the Indenture in subsequent years for any such payments made by it to the Indenture Trustee, subject to the Cap on such Other Financing Costs as applied to the year in which reimbursement is to be made.
