Other Goods and Services definition

Other Goods and Services means products and services other than Motor Fuels, Shell LPG and Non-Shell LPG nominated by Viva Energy from time to time as available on the Accountholder’s Shell Card at Nominated Premises.
Other Goods and Services means any products or services under the Licensed Marks, other than the design, development, manufacture, marketing, distribution, and/or sale of styling and grooming products, skin care products, haircare products, and accessories or other beauty and personal care products, that at all times are both (a) ancillary to, and not competitive with, the Business and (b) intended to enhance the Brand and maximize the Royalties payable under this Agreement. Examples of such Other Goods and Services include, by way of example, using the Licensed Marks in connection with barbershops, salons, spas, apparel, shoes, jewelry or watches.
Other Goods and Services any products or services other than the design, development, manufacture, marketing, distribution, and/or sale of Core Products, that at all times are both (a) ancillary to the Business and not competitive with such Core Products and (b) intended to enhance the Business and maximize the royalties payable to the Borrower and/or its Subsidiaries.

Examples of Other Goods and Services in a sentence

Related to Other Goods and Services

  • Products and Services means the products and/or services to be sold by Vendor hereunder as identified and described on Attachment A hereto and incorporated herein, as may be updated from time to time by Vendor to reflect products and/or services offered by Vendor generally to its customers.

  • Related Services means the services incidental to the supply of the goods, such as insurance, delivery, installation, commissioning, training and initial maintenance and other such obligations of the Supplier under the Contract.

  • Products means information resources technologies that are, or are related to, EIR.

  • Platform Services means the products and services that Platform Users receive from a Stripe Connect Platform, regardless of whether fees are charged (e.g., web development, customer support or hosting services).

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • End Users means a Third Party residence or business that subscribes to Telecommunications Services provided by any of the Parties at retail. As used herein, the term “End User(s)” does not include any of the Parties to this Agreement with respect to any item or service obtained under this Agreement.

  • Goods means all of the equipment, machinery, and/or other materials that the supplier is required to supply to the purchaser under the contract.
