Other Interested Persons definition

Other Interested Persons means, for purposes of any policies of insurance required to be maintained on or with respect to the Vessel, (1) Owner Participant, (2) Trust Company, and (3) any other permitted charterer (individually, an “Other Interested Person”).

  • Such liability insurance shall name each of Shipowner, Charterer and Other Interested Persons as insureds, as their respective interests may appear, but without recourse to Shipowner or Other Interested Persons for the payment of premiums, commissions, assessments or advances (or if such coverage be effected by entry in a Protection and Indemnity Club, for payment of calls or assessments).

  • Such insurance shall include a waiver of subrogation against Charterer, Shipowner, and Other Interested Persons.
