Other Lease Payments definition

Other Lease Payments all payments on or in respect of Leases which -------------------- are not Lease Payments, Lease Delinquency Payments, Casualty Payments, Retainable Deposits or Termination Payments, including Maintenance Charges and Excess Copy Charges.

  • Rental Charges means the charges payable for renting the Vehicle from Us together with GST and any other taxes or levies which are all fully set out in the Rental Agreement.

  • Additional Rental has the meaning set forth in Section 4.03.

  • Room Rent Means the amount charged by a hospital for the occupancy of a bed on per day (24 hours) basis and shall include associated medical expenses.

  • Advance Rent means moneys paid to the landlord to be applied to future rent payment periods, but does not include rent paid in advance for a current rent payment period.

  • Rents means all of the rents, royalties, issues, profits, revenues, earnings, income and other benefits of the Property, or arising from the use or enjoyment of the Property, including all such amounts paid under or arising from any of the Leases and all fees, charges, accounts or other payments for the use or occupancy of rooms or other public facilities within the Real Property.
