Other Licensee(s) definition

Other Licensee(s) means any Third Party to whom Xencor or any of its Affiliates has granted a license or sublicense to research, develop, manufacture and/or commercialize any XmAb5871 Product.
Other Licensee(s) means any Licensee other than one controlled by Carlton and/or Granada;
Other Licensee(s) means any Third Party to which AVEO, KHK or any of their respective Affiliates has granted a license or sublicense to research, develop, manufacture or commercialize the Licensed Compound or a Licensed Product outside of the Pharmstandard Territory or for use outside of the Field.

Examples of Other Licensee(s) in a sentence

  • Other Licensees shall not have the right to grant sublicenses to any Third Party.

  • Information provided by a MorphoSys contractor (or of a MorphoSys contractor provided by MorphoSys) to Xencor and, to the extent permitted by this Agreement, its Other Licensees under this Section 4.12 shall be the Confidential Information of MorphoSys.

  • Information provided by a Sublicensee (or of a Sublicensee provided by MorphoSys) to Xencor and, to the extent permitted by this Agreement, its Other Licensees under this Section 4.11(a) shall be treated as Confidential Information of MorphoSys.

  • If any Licensed Product manufactured, used or sold by either Party, its Affiliates, Sublicensees or Other Licensees becomes the subject of a Third Party’s claim or assertion of infringement of a Patent relating to the manufacture, use, sale, offer for sale or importation of Licensed Product, the Party first having notice of the claim or assertion shall promptly notify the other Party, and the Parties shall promptly confer to consider the claim or assertion and the appropriate course of action.

  • MorphoSys may grant to its Affiliates or Sublicensees its rights to prosecute and/or enforce Licensed Patents and/or Post-Sublicensing Licensed Patents as set forth in this Section 6.5, and Xencor may do the same for its Affiliates and Other Licensees.


More Definitions of Other Licensee(s)

Other Licensee(s) means any Affiliate or Third Party to whom Kirin or any of its Affiliates has granted a license or sublicense to research, develop, manufacture or commercialize a Licensed Compound, Licensed Product or Licensed Product Biomarker in the Kirin Territory or in the Aveo Territory outside the Field. For clarity, Other Licensee includes any Affiliate or Third Party to whom Kirin has granted a sublicense under the licenses granted to Kirin pursuant to Section 4.6.
Other Licensee(s) means a third party licensee (or licensees) other than you, wherebysuch third party licensee has separately entered into this Agreement with Licensor, to include all Affiliates of such third party licensee.
Other Licensee(s) means any Third Party licensee of OPKO or its Affiliates (a) to which OPKO or its Affiliates have granted rights to the Compound and/or Product under OPKO Patents and/or OPKO Technology in the OPKO Territory and/or outside the Field, and/or (b) from which OPKO or its Affiliates have received a grant of rights to the Compound and/or Product under Other Licensee Patents and Other Licensee Technology. For clarity, Catalent is not regarded as an Other Licensee.
Other Licensee(s) has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.6.
Other Licensee(s) means any Third Party licensee of OPKO or its Affiliates (a) to which OPKO or its Affiliates have granted rights to the Compound and/or Product under OPKO Patents and/or OPKO Technology in the OPKO Territory and/or outside the Field, and/or (b) from which OPKO or its Affiliates have received a grant of rights to the Compound and/or Product under Other Licensee Patents and Other Licensee Technology. Other Licensee(s) means Third Parties that may be granted rights under the Licensed MedI Know-How, Licensed MedI Patents, Innate Know-How and/or Innate Patents outside the Territories.
Other Licensee(s) means any person or persons holding a License or Licenses over other part of the premises.
