You shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless WILEY, its Licensors and their respective directors, officers, agents and employees, from and against any actual or threatened claims, demands, causes of action or proceedings arising from any breach of this Agreement by you.
Except as stated in the Agreement, Customer receives no other rights to use any of Licensor's Marks.
