Other Obligor definition

Other Obligor means any Obligor other than any Loan Party Obligor.
Other Obligor means, other than the Debtor, any Person who or that is now or hereafter liable, whether directly or indirectly or absolutely or contingently, for the payment or other performance of any of the Obligations.
Other Obligor means any Obligor other than any Loan Party Obligor, including, without limitation, Parent.

  • To the extent permitted by applicable laws, each Borrower expressly waives all rights it may have now or in the future under any statute, or at common law, or at law or in equity, or otherwise, to compel Agent to marshal assets or to proceed in respect of the Obligations against any other Loan Party or Other Obligor, any other party or against any security for the payment and performance of the Obligations before proceeding against, or as a condition to proceeding against, such Borrower.

  • Each Loan Party Obligor waives any right to require Agent to sue or otherwise take action against any Borrower, any other Loan Party Obligor, any Other Obligor, or any other Person obligated for all or any part of the Obligations, or otherwise to enforce its payment against any Collateral securing all or any part of the Obligations.

More Definitions of Other Obligor

Other Obligor means any person or entity that is now or hereafter liable, directly, contingently or otherwise, upon or in connection with any of the Obligations or that has granted any lien or security interest to or for the benefit of Bank to secure any of the Obligations, including, but not limited to, any guarantor, surety, endorser, or co-maker of any of the Obligations.
Other Obligor means, other than any Debtor or Primary Obligor, any Person (i) who or which is now or hereafter directly or indirectly liable for the payment of any of the Obligations, whether as a maker, drawer, acceptor, endorser, guarantor, surety or accommodation party or otherwise, (including, but not limited to, if any Debtor or Primary Obligor is a partnership, any general partner of such Debtor or Primary Obligor) or (ii) any asset of whom or of which now or hereafter directly or indirectly secures the payment of any of the Obligations.
Other Obligor and “Other Obligors” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.26.
Other Obligor means any guarantor, endorser, acceptor, surety or other Person liable on, or with respect to, any of the Obligations or who is the owner of any property which is security for any of the Obligations other than any Loan Party.
