Other Obligors definition

Other Obligors means the Guarantors and the Grantor.
Other Obligors means a borrower whose principal stockholders are not advised by a private investment sponsor and such other borrowers as the Borrowers may designate as not constituting “Private Equity Obligors” in their reasonable discretion; provided that the Borrowers shall, at the request of the Administrative Agent provide information constituting the basis for such decision..
Other Obligors shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.26.

Other Obligors shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.27(a) hereof.
