Other Payment Services definition

Other Payment Services means payment or payment related services other than Acquiring Services provided by us from time to time (if any) specified in Schedule 3 and/or any Application Form;

Other Payment Services means any payment service whereby a payment transaction is scheduled or transmitted outside the Zelle Network.

Other Payment Services means the services provided by Us where We make available to You Other Payment Methods by collecting payment for goods and/or services and Remitting such payment to You;The above types of Services differ with respect to Transactions and their Authorisation: "Transaction" means:

Examples of Other Payment Services in a sentence

• You may (i) initiate a one-time Payment Instruction to a Receiver via Zelle® for which processing shall be initiated immediately, (ii) schedule a one-time Payment Instruction to a Receiver via Other Payment Services for which processing shall be initiated at a later specified date up to one (1) year in the future, or (iii) schedule a recurring series of Payment Instructions to a Receiver via Other Payment Services for which processing shall be initiated on the specified dates.

• Other Payment Services allow you to send money to a Receiver if you provide the Eligible Account information and other contact information for the Receiver and the transaction otherwise cannot be sent through Zelle®.

• You also may use Other Payment Services to schedule a one-time payment to a Receiver for which processing will be initiated at a later specified date up to one (1) year in the future, or to schedule a recurring series of payments to a Receiver for which processing will be initiated on dates you specify.

• For Other Payment Services, you can provide all the required information about the Receiver necessary to complete a transfer of funds, including his/her Eligible Account information.

• However, depending on the options made available to you in the Other Payment Services application, you and the Receiver should not expect the payment funds to be transferred into the Receiver’s Eligible Account any earlier than the next Business Day following the specified date.

• The following terms and definitions apply with respect to Zelle® and Other Payment Services.

• You may initiate a Payment Instruction via Other Payment Services using the Receiver’s Eligible Account information.

• In addition to the Zelle® Payment Service, we provide Other Payment Services.

• Although future-dated payments and recurring payments may be scheduled using Other Payments Services outside of Zelle®, we may ultimately send those transactions via Zelle® when the applicable date of payment arrives, and to the extent we use Zelle® to send the payment transaction, the transaction is part of the Zelle® Payment Service, not the Other Payment Services.

• Payments sent to you via Other Payment Services will be made available in accordance with the Funds Availability Policy applicable to your Eligible Account and the terms of the applicable Payment Network.

More Definitions of Other Payment Services

Other Payment Services means payment services other than Acquiring Services provided by us from time to time (if any) specified in Schedule 3 and/or any Application Form; “other personal data” means Personal Data, other than Transaction Personal Data;

Other Payment Services has the meaning set forth in Section III.D.2.a. Owner means each person who is a named owner of an eligible Account as indicated in our records. Paperless Statements Consent means the Paperless Statements E-Sign Consent and Disclosure. Paperless Statements means periodic statements, along with the information we provide with periodic statements, that we provide electronically for your Account(s) through Digital Banking. Paperless Statements are Communications. If you elect to receive Paperless Statements for an Account, you will not receive a paper copy of your periodic Account statement in the mail. Payment Instruction is the information provided for a payment to be made under Bill Pay to the Xxxxxx (such as Xxxxxx name, Xxxxxx account number, and Scheduled Payment Date) or the Zelle® and Other Payment Services, as applicable.

Other Payment Services means the services provided by Bibit where Bibit makes available to Skype Other Payment Methods by collecting payment for goods and/or services and Remitting such payment to Skype; The above types of Services differ with respect to Transactions and their Authorisation:
