Other pollutant definition

Other pollutant means any substance determined by the Secretary of Health and Environment that poses a substantial present or potential hazard to human health or the environment when released. The term does not include radioactive materials regulated by K.S.A. 48-16-01 et seq.

  • Air pollutant , which means any solid, liquid or gaseous substance (including noise) present in the atmosphere in such concentration as may be or tend to be injurious to human beings or other living creatures or plants or property or environment.
