Other Product definition
Other Product means Product which an End User acquired from sources other than Integrator.
Other Product means any product or service (or component thereof), other than a Patent Product, the discovery, development, manufacture, use, sale, offering for sale, importation, exportation, distribution, rental or lease of which involves the use of or incorporation, in whole or in part, of Materials or Technical Information.
Other Product shall have the meaning set forth in the definition of “Combination Product.”

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the licenses to Licensor under this Section 2.2 for any Combination Product do not include rights to any Other Product, in each case other than the Licensed Compound.
Upon the effective date of the termination of this Agreement for any reason, any technical information specifically relating to Licensed Compound and/or Licensed Products (but not any Other Product) shall be Licensor’s sole Confidential Information and no longer be deemed Confidential Information of both Parties.

Other Product has the meaning set forth in Section 1.117.
Other Product or “Other Products” shall mean any products and/or services in the Field of Use, other than a Patent Product, derived in any manner whatsoever from any of the Technical Information and/or Licensee Developments.
