Other Production definition

Other Production has the meaning given to it in Section 5.2(e).
Other Production means Production that is not Retail Production (provided, that if the Company’s pricing margins for the “Agent Referral” and “Builder Referral” channels (collectively or individually), as reflected in ratesheet pricing less any fees, concessions, rebates, commissions or other payments related to sourcing of the loan, no longer remain consistent with pricing margins for other Retail Production channels, such “Agent Referral” and “Builder Referral” production shall be considered Other Production for the purposes of Production Earn-Out calculations).
Other Production means Daily Production less Allocated Daily Volumes.

  • If the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Delivered Production exceeds the Monthly Other Production, then Gatherer shall pay Shipper an amount equal to the product of (1) the difference between the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Delivered Production and the Other Monthly Production, stated in MMBtu, multiplied by (2) the applicable Fee.

  • Within 30 Days following the end of each Month, Shipper shall provide to Gatherer a statement setting forth (A) the volumes, stated in MMBtu, of Other Production produced during such Month (the “Monthly Other Production”) and (B) the volumes, stated in MMBtu, of production that were delivered at the tailgate of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Facility during such Month (the “▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Delivered Production”).

  • For the avoidance of doubt, Other Production is not Dedicated Production and shall not be entitled to Priority One Service.

Related to Other Production

  • Other Product means Product which an End User acquired from sources other than Integrator.

  • Other Products means all products and services, other than an Advance, Credit Product or Derivative Transaction, offered by the Bank to any Obligor from time to time, including correspondent banking services, mortgage purchase programs and affordable housing and community investment products and services.

  • Postproduction means an activity related to the finishing or duplication of a medium described in Subsection 59-12-104(54)(a).
