Other Property Taxes definition
Other Property Taxes is defined in Section 9.1(b)(ii).
Other Property Taxes means all Property Taxes that are not Oil and Gas Property Taxes. “Party” and “Parties” are defined in the preamble.
Other Property Taxes means all Property Taxes that are not Oil and Gas Property Taxes. “Order” means any award, consent, decree, decision, injunction, judgment, order, ruling, subpoena or verdict entered, issued, made or rendered by any Governmental Authority.

All other terms of this Lease (including, but not limited to, the obligations to pay Possessory Interest Taxes or Other Property Taxes and insurance premiums and to maintain and repair the Premises pursuant to the provisions of this Lease) shall, however, be in effect during such period.
