Other Requesting Holders definition
Other Requesting Holders has the meaning set forth in Subsection 2.4(a).
Other Requesting Holders means the Mezzanine Majority Holders, the FdG Majority Holders or the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Majority Holders, as the case may be, requesting registration of Registrable Securities pursuant to Section 5A(a).
