Examples of Other Requirement in a sentence

  • To the extent there is any conflict between the terms and conditions of this Agreement and any Other Requirements, the provisions of the Other Requirements shall control with respect to the applicable Facility and Management Agreement and neither Manager nor any TRS or Owner shall take, or be required to take as a result of this Agreement, any action that would cause Manager or the relevant TRS or Owner to be in breach of such Other Requirement.

Related to Other Requirement

  • Requirements means and include schedules, details, description, statement of technical data, performance characteristics, standards (Indian as well as International) as applicable and specified in the Contract.
