Other Schools definition

Other Schools means a school with an educational mission substantially similar to that of GVAC and with which GVAC maintains a relationship, either by joint participation in certain activities, or through a fee-for-service arrangement, but as to which GVAC does not act as sole member.
Other Schools means a school with an educational mission substantially similar to that of GVCC and with which GVCC maintains a relationship, either by joint participation in certain activities, or through a fee-for-service arrangement, but as to which GVCC does not act as sole member.

  • The parties acknowledge that this arrangement is not exclusive and that the Company will have the right to render similar services to other persons or entities including other public or private schools or institutions ("Other Schools").
