Other Second Lien Secured Parties definition
Other Second Lien Secured Parties means, collectively, the holders of Other Second Lien Obligations and any Authorized Representative with respect thereto.
Other Second Lien Secured Parties with respect to the Collateral shall be to receive a share of the proceeds of the Collateral, if any, after the Discharge of First Lien Obligations has occurred and in accordance with the Second Lien Note Documents and applicable law. Except for the Third Lien Permitted Actions, unless and until the Discharge of First Lien Obligations and the Discharge of Second Lien Obligations has occurred, the sole right of the Third Lien Collateral Agent and the other Third Lien Secured Parties with respect to the Collateral shall be to receive a share of the proceeds of the Collateral, if any, after the Discharge of First Lien Obligations and the Discharge of Second Lien Obligations has occurred and in accordance with the Third Lien Note Documents and applicable law.
