Other Security Instrument definition

Other Security Instrument means a security instrument that secures any Other Loan.
Other Security Instrument means any other mortgage or deed of trust which is now or hereafter cross-collateralized with the Security Instrument, including, without limitation, the Other Security Instruments which secure the loans contemplated on Schedule 11.22 attached hereto.
Other Security Instrument has the meaning given such term in Section 1.4 hereof.

  • The occurrence of a monetary or other material default (and the expiration of any applicable notice and cure period) under any Other Security Instrument.

  • Borrower hereby irrevocably waives and releases, to the extent permitted by law, and whether now or hereafter in force, any right to have the Property or the Other Collateral marshaled upon any foreclosure of this Security Instrument or any Other Security Instrument.
