Other Specifications definition

Other Specifications means the specifications set forth in the materials of the A.A.S.H.T.O., the A.S.T.M., the Caltrans Standard Specifications, and others referenced in the Project Specifications.
Other Specifications. The Parties agree that the following specifications do not constitute “specifications” for the purposes of Article 9.4 in the Agreement.
