Other Supported Party definition
Other Supported Party means, at any time, an agent or a lender or an Affiliate of an agent or a lender under a Major Credit Facility which at such time is a creditor under or in connection with an Other Supported Agreement.

No Other Supported Party holding Other Supported Obligations from time to time shall have any additional right to influence the Guarantees or the enforcement thereof as a result of holding Other Supported Obligations as long as this Agreement remains in force.
