Other Technology definition

Other Technology means any technology, data or information which is related to, connected with, supportive of, associated with, an improvement upon, an enhancement of or which otherwise may be considered as a follow-on technology, a derived technology or a co-technology of the Technology whether or not such Other Technology may be independently capable of protection by patenting or otherwise.
Other Technology has the meaning set out in Clause 8.3;
Other Technology means all designs, technology and information other than AATI Discrete Technology and beyond the scope of this Agreement. Other Technology includes, without limitation, ModularBCD Technology as defined in the License Agreement (ModularBCD) between AATI and MAGNACHIP of even date with this Agreement.

More Definitions of Other Technology

Other Technology means any technology acquired by or licensed to Sublicensee or any of its Affiliates other than pursuant to this Agreement.
Other Technology means the design, technical description and software (including programs, modules, code, algorithms, flowcharts, diagrams, documentation and the like) developed by a Party outside the scope of the Crosswalk Project, whether before or during the Crosswalk Development Period, which is used to facilitate studies from a Party's Database (e.g., genotypic or phenotypic database infrastructure, a query tool), and which a Party licenses to the other Party pursuant to a Software License Agreement.
Other Technology means all Information and inventions, whether or not patented or patentable, that are conceived or generated under the Research Programs; provided, however, that Other Technology shall exclude Antibody Technology, Antigen-Specific Technology, Collaboration Technology, Oncology Technology, Additional Development Program Technology, Development Program Technology, Process Technology and XenoMouse Technology.
Other Technology means the technology in and to the LPC Microlasers and displays employing same, including (without limitation) all designs, drawings, prototypes, software, data, know-how and other proprietary information relating to microlasers and displays that were (1) previously created or developed in connection with other projects conducted by LPC, alone or with others, prior to the beginning of the Development Project, or (2) are or will be created or developed in connection with other projects not funded by LDT during or after the performance period of the Development Project.
Other Technology shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.3.4(d).
