Other Tranche definition
Other Tranche means, if applicable, each tranche or facility of loans, letters of credit or other credit accommodations under the Credit Agreement, other than the Main Street Term Loan Tranche, and includes the note(s) (if any) evidencing such tranche or facility issued under the Credit Agreement.
Other Tranche. The meaning specified in Section 17.5 hereof.
Other Tranche. The meaning specified in Section 16.3.
Examples of Other Tranche in a sentence
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, any Other Tranche purchased hereunder by the Issuer shall not be subject to the Grant to the Trustee under the Granting Clauses.
