Other User definition

Other User means any other Person that has entered into a terminal use agreement with the Operator in substantially the same form as this Agreement.

Other User means a person (other than the User) to whom the Service Provider is providing, or (if the context requires) intends to provide, Services. For the avoidance of doubt, it may (depending on the context) include the Existing Users;

Other User means any User other than the Shippers Field or the Shippers Group, as the context may require.

Examples of Other User in a sentence

• Attaching Party’s access to AT&T’s Structure shall not materially interfere with or impair service over any facilities of AT&T or any Other User, cause material damage to AT&T’s plant or the plant of any Other User, impair the privacy of communications carried over the facilities of AT&T or any Other User, or create serious hazards to the health or safety of any persons working on, within, or in the vicinity of AT&T’s Structure, or to the public.

• In addition, Attaching Party shall rearrange or remove its unauthorized facilities at AT&T’s request to comply with applicable placement standards, shall remove its facilities from any space occupied by or assigned to AT&T or Other User, and shall pay AT&T for all costs incurred by AT&T in connection with any rearrangements, modifications, or replacements necessitated as a result of the presence of Attaching Party’s unauthorized facilities.

• The term “Occupancy Permit” refers to a written instrument granting Attaching Party, or Other User, permission to install its facilities on AT&T Structure in accordance with the AT&T-approved design.

• In no event shall AT&T be liable to Attaching Party for damages or other harm caused by or in connection with any such transfers completed by AT&T or Other User, except to the extent caused by AT&T’s gross negligence.

• Attaching Party’s access to SBC-13STATE’s Structure shall not materially interfere with or impair service over any facilities of SBC-13STATE or any Other User, cause material damage to SBC-13STATE’s plant or the plant of any Other User, impair the privacy of communications carried over the facilities of SBC-13STATE or any Other User, or create serious hazards to the health or safety of any persons working on, within, or in the vicinity of SBC-13STATE’s poles, ducts, rights-of-way or to the public.

More Definitions of Other User

Other User means a person (other than User pursuant to this Agreement) to whom Service Provider is providing, or (if the context requires) intends to provide, Pipeline Services (and who, for clarity, may be a Primary Shipper or a Secondary Shipper).

Other User means a person (other than User under this Agreement) with whom XXXXXX has an agreement to provide a Service on the Network. Party means ADEWAP or User (as applicable).

Other User means, for a Smart Metering System or a Device and any period of or point in time, a User that is not a Responsible Supplier or the Electricity Distributor or the Gas Transporter or the Registered Supplier Agent during that period of or at that point in time.

Other User means anyone other than you that you rightfully allow to use the Software under paragraph 2(b) above. You are responsible to ensure that all Other Users comply with this Contract. Any violation of this Contract by any Other User will be deemed to be a violation by you. As a result, (i) your liability to Trevigen for any violation of this Contract by any Other User will be the same as your liability would have been if you had committed the violation yourself and (ii) if any Other User violates this Contract, your right to use the Software will automatically and immediately terminate, without notice. If your right to use the Software terminates for any reason, then the right of all Other Users to use the Software immediately and automatically terminates, without notice. If any Other User ceases to qualify as an Other User (for example, if the Other User ceases to be your Family Member or moves away from your primary residence), he or she must cease all use of the Software. Similarly, if any computer ceases to qualify as a computer on which you may allow the Software to be used under paragraph 2(b) above, all use of the Software on that computer must cease and all copies of the Software on the hard drive or other fixed storage medium of that computer must be deleted or uninstalled.

Other User means all users other than irrigators.

Other User means users of the Platform availing the Services, without subscription to the Payment and Subscription Terms as enumerated in Annexure III of this Agreement.

Other User means any person, employee, family member or friend that uses or desires to use the Service through your Account, whether or not you allow or authorise them to.
