Other Works definition

Other Works means the works which have either a direct / indirect relation with projects.
Other Works means all inventions (whether or not patentable), discoveries, improvements, designs, techniques, and business methods and all embodiments thereof, including all worldwide rights therein under patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, confidential information, and any other applicable intellectual property law.
Other Works means the Additional Works and the Third Party Works.

More Definitions of Other Works

Other Works means the works in respect of the Existing Road set out or identified or referred to in paragraphs 1 and 5 of Annex 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 4. "Part of the BRW New Road" means any part of the BRW New Road so designated in Part 2 of Schedule 3. "Part of the New Road" means any part of the New Road so designated in Part 2 of Schedule 3 [New Road], the New CS Road and, where applicable, any part of the New CS Road so designated in Part 2 of Schedule 3 [New Road] and each Part of the BRW New Road.
Other Works means the works defined in section 1(1)(c) of the Act and in particular the works to the Queen Xxxxxxxxx XX Conference Centre; Outline Business Case means the proposals for design, cost and timing of the Works formulated by the Delivery Authority under section 3(4)(a) of the Act as required by the Sponsor Body under section 2(2)(e) of the Act; Parliamentary Business Resilience Group means the parliamentary body which directs and reviews business resilience policy, strategy and implementation across both Houses; Parliamentary Information Authority means the sub-committee of the House of Commons Executive Board and the House of Lords Management Board which has both a decision- making and assurance role. Its objective is to deliver increased benefits from parliamentary information for members of both Houses, staff and the public, while containing the risk of inappropriate access to that information. It also provides a focus for informed decision making about the effective management and security of Parliament's information; Parliamentary Relationship Group (or PRG) means the group formed in accordance with Clause 8; Personnel means the Sponsor Body’s Personnel and the Corporate Officers’ Personnel and any of their staff, contractors or appointees; Possession means a Decanted Area Possession, Worksite Possession or Minor Possession, as defined in Clause 35.2; PRG Procedure the working arrangements and rules for the conduct of the PRG prepared and approved in accordance with Appendix 1; Programme has the meaning set out in out Clause 3; Purpose means the purpose of this Agreement set out in Clause 1;

Other Works means such part of the Works as more particularly described in Part [●] of Schedule [●] (PPP Co Proposals), not forming part of the [Project Facility], which are to be undertaken and completed by the PPP Co in order to fulfil its obligations with respect to delivery of the [Project Facility] by the Target Service Commencement Date.
Other Works mean any work or activity, other than City Works, City Activities and Utility Works, being performed on the Lands by an Other Contractor at any time during the Term, pursuant to an express, written:
