Otis Business definition

Otis Business means, collectively, (a) the business, operations and activities of the “Otis” reporting segment of UTC conducted at any time prior to the Effective Time by any of the Parties or any of their respective current or former Subsidiaries and (b) any terminated, divested or discontinued businesses, operations and activities that, at the time of termination, divestiture or discontinuation, primarily related to the business, operations and activities described in clause (a) as then conducted, including those set forth on Schedule 1.4.

Related to Otis Business

  • Cannabis business means any business activity involving cannabis, including but not limited to cultivating, transporting, distributing, manufacturing, compounding, converting, processing, preparing, storing, packaging, delivering, testing, dispensing, retailing and wholesaling of cannabis, of cannabis products or of ancillary products and accessories, whether or not carried on for gain or profit.
