Outgoing Entity definition
Outgoing Entity means, in respect of a Substitution, the Reference Entity to be removed from the Reference Portfolio;
Outgoing Entity means, in respect of a CDS Change, the Reference Entity referenced by a Notional Swap Transaction which is to be removed from the CDS Portfolio such that a Notional Swap Transaction Group ceases to exist following such CDS Change;
