Outreach Plan definition

Outreach Plan is defined in Section 5.4.1.
Outreach Plan. The plan that is described in Exhibit A, the RFP and the Response and that shall be produced annually by Contractor for DSHS.

Examples of Outreach Plan in a sentence

  • The Design-Builder shall submit the Outreach Plan to the Department prior to its implementation which shall be subject to the Department’s review and approval.

  • The Annual Progress Reports shall include a cumulative data summary of Grantee’s compliance with the performance measures for each relevant activity described in Grantee’s completed Form F, Work Plan; Form F-1, Community Engagement Plan; and Form F-2, Client Engagement or Outreach Plan and a detailed response to all items listed in the Annual Progress Report.

Related to Outreach Plan

  • Outreach means the Outreach to potential Clients to link them to appropriate Mental Health 27 Services and may include activities that involve educating the community about the services offered and 28 requirements for participation in the programs. Such activities should result in the CONTRACTOR 29 developing their own Client referral sources for the programs they offer.

  • Mobile crisis outreach team means a crisis intervention service for minors or families of minors experiencing behavioral health or psychiatric emergencies.

  • Outreach Services has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.1(F)(5) hereof and Exhibit B hereto.

  • Custom Initiative means those projects that are not Standard, Retro-commissioning, or Streetlighting Initiatives. Projects that are found on New Construction Lighting, Metering & Monitoring, and Feasibility Study are also part of the Custom Initiative.

  • Licensed behavior analyst means a person who holds current certification or meets the standards to be certified as a board certified Behavior Analyst or a board certified Assistant Behavior Analyst issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, Inc., or any successor in interest to that organization and whom the Board of Psychological Examiners licenses as a Behavior Analyst.
