Outside Group definition
Outside Group means a group of people or association with no connection with the School. This provision is entirely distinct and different from the provisions in this Agreement relating to activity hourly rate, which rate is not changed inany way by this provision.
Outside Group means the Parent and its Subsidiaries, other than the Company and its Subsidiaries.
Outside Group means any group or organization whose event would not qualify as a “school-sponsored event,” as defined above.
