Outstanding Funded Amount definition

Outstanding Funded Amount means, with respect to a Portfolio Investment and a Facility Sale Transaction, the aggregate principal amount of funded loans in respect of such Portfolio Investment held by the Financing Provider on the Facility Sale Date (for the avoidance of doubt, after giving effect to any Additional Fundings and adjustments in principal resulting from principal repayments or payment-in-kind distributions occurring prior to the Facility Sale Date).
Outstanding Funded Amount means, at any time, the aggregate of all Approved Receipts that GMAC CF Funded that have not been repaid by Company in accordance with this Agreement. For the purposes of the foregoing, any payments received by GMAC CF from Company (i) after 2:00 p.m. on any Business Day or (ii) at any time on a day that is not a Business Day, shall be deemed to have been made on the next Business Day.
Outstanding Funded Amount means the sum of the Outstanding Investor Balance plus the Outstanding Loan Balance. "OUTSTANDING INVESTOR BALANCE" means the amount of the "Investor Balance" outstanding under the Original Operative Documents on the Documentation Date.
