Outstanding Invoices Summary means a report delivered by the Company, which contains a summary of all outstanding invoices of the Distributor for the Reporting period, payment terms and other information, which the Company considers necessary. The Company on its sole discretion may modify Outstanding Invoices Summary from time to time.
